Recently, we had bought some scrapbook materials.  We took some polaroid photos of the girls and they decorate their photos on the album.  These are their masterpiece.  They are very nice, isn't it? They got it display in their bedroom.

Breanna - Video to make a bracelet

Breanna insisted that I must put this up in my blog.  She will show us how to make a bracelet.

Alyssa's tooth drop

Last Wednesday, Alyssa's tooth dropped. Finally her milk teeth is starting to drop and waiting for her new permanent teeth to grow.  She woke up that morning and found that her gum was bleeding.  The tooth at her lower gum had been shaking for weeks already.  奶奶 just shook the tooth slightly and the tooth dropped off without causing her pain. 

Alyssa's Piano Concert

After Breanna's piano concert, it was Alyssa's piano concert.  This was also the last day of her JMC course which marks the 2 years completion of her course.  Currently, there were 6 students in the class and all will proceed to the next stage. JXC. One of the student was absent for the concert.

Alyssa was very brave.  She sang the song "Feeling Great Yeah!"and performed a piano piece "Little Red Shoe" both from book 4.

They also have some group performance using percussion instruments such as bells, tamberine and castanets.

Breanna's Piano Concert

26th September marked the last lesson for Breanna's piano class.  She has been taking the group lesson since 2006 when she was only 4 years old.  The first 2 years was JMC class and the following 2 years was JXC.  These were the students left from the original 12.

Changi Airport

Last Saturday, we went to Changi Airport to fetch 奶 奶 from her Shanghai trip.  We were there early so we went to the kids corner at Terminal 3.  The girls were enjoying scratching the picture.

This is the longest slide in Singapore.  There are 2 slides - the shorter one is free but the longer one requires spending of $30 which entitles you to 2 tokens free.

Of course the girls will not miss the slide.  They went for the shorter one since it was free.  Fortunately, Alyssa was tall enough to ride as it requires a minimum height of 1.1m.  While I was waiting downstair for the girls to slide down, we were able to see each other on the TV screen.

Breanna's 8th birthday

22nd of September was Breanna's 8th Birthday.  She wanted to celebrate in school.  We got these for her classmates.  It includes assorted animals magnet, skittles candies and lucky star made by Breanna.

Breanna chosen "Strawberry Shortcake" birthday cake from Prima Deli.  It was in vanilla flavour.

During recess time, the girls sang the birthday song for Breanna.  Alyssa was there too. After eating the cake, the girls crowded around Breanna to choose their favourite animal magnet.

These were the presents Breanna received for her birthday.  A watch from Mummy, "Young Scientists" level 2 & 3 from Daddy, some stationeries & a photo album from her classmates as well a friendship band from Lai Ching 姐姐.
